What happens on the Free Call?
I'll let you know what to expect in a session and how things typically proceed over 3 months, which is the length of the package. We'll discuss where you are, what your goals you want to achieve through coaching. You can ask any clarifying questions as well.

Where are our sessions?
Most session are done through my Zoom account.

If you live close to Pasadena, CA, we can have an in person Walk & Talk session if the scheduling allows.

Is this Therapy?
Life Coaching is not therapy. Coaching and therapy can work well together, but if you have any serious mental health conditions, please be sure to see a therapist.
